RETURNS POLICY
If for any reason you wish to return your purchase, we offer a satisfaction guarantee. No explanation is needed, if it's not for you, that's ok! You will need to contact us within 14-days of receiving your order. The item can not be used nor show signs of being worn.
HOW TO RETURN & EXCHANGE
- Email info@mulvanni.com within 14 days of receiving your order. if you contact us and initiate a return after the 14-day period you are no longer eligible for a refund. (The 14 days start the same day the courier has delivered your parcel)
- Add RETURN or EXCHANGE and Order Number note with your return (example RETURN #2844)
- We will get back to you within 48 business hours with the return details.
- Once we have received your order a refund will be issued within 48 hours.
- Customers will only receive a refund that is the same amount of purchased product/products. The shipping charge is not refunded.
- If your purchase was made using a discount code or the item was purchased on sale it is only eligible for exchange, not refund.
- Genuine fur items are not eligible for a refund.
- If the item is faulty please include images in your email detailing the issue and we will send you a return shipping label free of charge.
- We don't offer refunds on any item from our accessories collection.
Items must be in original condition (including tags) and must not have been worn, altered or washed. Items must not have been used in photography shoots, Instagram posts, online, commercially or for personal gain. All packaging (including garment bags) shipped with your order must be returned. Returns that do not meet our policy will be sent back to you. Any garments that appear to have been worn, washed, or altered in any way will be refused.*
MULVANNI do not refund international prepaid duties and taxes paid at the time of checkout should you wish to return an item. Contact your local customs office to obtain your tax refund.
- Furs need to be returned in a saleable condition. Furs can easily take on house smells, cooking smells, perfume etc, therefore we highly recommend keeping furs in the package and garment bag. If we receive returns in an unsaleable condition the goods will be returned back to you. Your item will need to be sent back tracked to us, please note we do not offer free returns and return costs will need to be paid for by the customer.
Cancellation Policy
Customers may cancel their order within 12 hours of placement.
Custom Orders
Made to order products are non refundable and are custom made for you. Please ensure you are 100% happy with your custom order before you purchase, your order will be processed straight away and will be made for you.
