GENUINE FUR COAT.
Furs may arrive a bit wrinkly due to transportation. In that case, we suggest hanging them up to resume to their normal shape after being packaged. Clients may experience a small amount of fur shedding with initial use but this will settle with continued wear. In the first instance of wearing your fur you may notice loose fur transferring onto your clothing, this can be removed by hand or a lint roller and will only happen on the first couple of wears before loose fur comes off completely.
We recommend you to fluff the fur, give it a good shake or use a blow dryer on the coolest air setting and massage the fur, this will help your coat look much more fluffier, shiny and get rid of any shedding quicker.
Dry Clean only by professionals.
Do not bleach.
Do not iron.
If your fur gets wet from the rain or snow, shake it off any excess of water and brush your fur coat gently with your fingers only. Hang to dry on a broad hanger uniquely until it dries completely.
CASHMERE COAT.
Cashmere is a luxurious natural fiber that requires gentle handling to maintain its softness and quality.
Spot Cleaning: If your coat has only minor stains or spots, you can try spot cleaning using a mild detergent or baby shampoo. Dilute the detergent in cold water and gently dab the stained area with a clean cloth. Avoid rubbing vigorously to prevent damaging the fibers.
Hand Washing: If your coat requires a thorough cleaning, hand washing is usually recommended. Fill a basin with cold water and add a small amount of mild detergent or a special cashmere wash. Turn the coat inside out and submerge it in the water, gently agitating the water to distribute the detergent.
Steam and Smooth: Once the coat is almost dry, you can gently steam it using a garment steamer to remove any wrinkles. Avoid using a regular iron, as it can damage the fibers.
Storage: Store your cashmere coat in a cool, well-ventilated area.
